四、增强影响力 不断扩大影响力

本次会议在第53届西班牙国际社会文化与经济展览会(以下简称“西班牙eEF”)上成功举办，具有十分重要的战略意义。该会议是以西班牙联邦议会对促进西班牙文化发展、增强其国际影响力的活动为宗旨，由西班牙中央社主办，西班牙利亚特美术馆承办，旨在让西班牙人民对历史文化具有更加直观的认识和了解，促进西班牙在国际社会文化与经济舞台的新征程上取得更好的发展。

首先，此次会议由西班牙联合国际合作部特别策划，西班牙联邦议会执行委员会、“西班牙eEF”秘书处、西班牙利亚特美术馆、西班牙国家统计局等政府部门和企业共同主办。西班牙联邦议会、西班牙利亚特美术馆、西班牙利亚特国家统计局、国际移民局等政府部门均参加了会议。其次，西班牙利亚特美术馆副馆长梅丽达·曼斯布鲁德表示:“我们非常高兴在我们共同举办的第一届联合国安理会会议中，我们的目的地将定于首府马德里举行，以便与政府首脑一起见证以文化为特色的西班牙经济复兴。”

拉各斯协会主席卡斯蒂略表示:“西班牙eEF与世界文化遗产米兰马尔文治亚国家文化遗产，都已成为斯洛文尼亚丰富文化遗产和各国文化积淀的一个重要标志。这是一份独特的友谊和展示西班牙经济社会发展的机会。”拉各斯文化遗产博物馆的一项重要展品是“拉各斯·西西弗斯”壁画，它记录了在两个世纪以来，西班牙的历史发展和旅游方式的演变。
